Western blot: Approx 65kDa band observed in HeLa cell lysate and using recombinant HEXIM1 protein. Data kindly provided by David Price and Jeff Cooper, University of Iowa, USA. Data obtained from previous batch (different goat) We find consistently an approx. 40kDa band in Human and Mouse Heart lysates (calculated MW of 40.6kDa according to NP_006451.1). Data obtained in both previous and current batch.
