Reconstitute with 1.1 ml deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at RT to disolve. Centrifuge to remove any particulates.

Purity > 95% based on SDS-PAGE. Ig fraction was prepared using eggs obtained from healthy hens of US origin. After reconstituted, prepare fresh working dilution daily.
