Application Notes |
1.Prepare 180 ml assay buffer into a sutbale container: the concentrations are 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8), 250 mM NaCl, 0.4 mM NADP, 1 mM 1-acenaphthenol.
2. Equilibroate to 25C and monitor at A340 until the valiue is consistant using a spectrophotometer. 3. Add 20 ul of recombinant human Aldo-keto Reductase 1C1/AKR1C1 Protein 250 ug/ml in 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8), 250 mM NaCl, and 0.1% BSA. 4. Record in A340 nm for 5 minutes. |
