Application Notes |
Immunohistochemical and immunofluorescent detection of neoplastic breast epithelium Construction of immunometric assay for MUC determination. ELISA tests for detection and measurements of unglycosylated and under glycosylated tumor-associated MUC1 mucins in human serum. It may be used as a solid-phase reagent for MUC1 isoforms capture via:(a) using an enzyme-conjugated version of this antibody (detection of unglycosylated MUC1), or(b)with enzyme-conjugated ab8323 specific to carbohydrate portion of MUC1 (detection of underglycosylated MUC1).
