WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 27 kDa band in human colon and testis lysates and in cell lines NIH 3T3, A431 and Kelly after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 40.4 kDa band according to NP_001095856.1. The 27 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human small intestine shows staining of endocrine cells amongst the enterocytes.
