CD47 Antibody (BRIC126) Summary
Immunogen |
Human erythrocytes.
|
Specificity |
Recognizes the human CD47 cell surface glycoprotein, a heavily N-glycosylated 47-52kD molecule. CD47 is expressed on all cells and tissues so far examined, although expression is reduced on erythrocytes of the rare Rh null phenotype. Immunogen: Human erythrocytes Cross reactivity: Porcine, canine, ovine, bovine

Application Notes |
The antibody is very useful for flow cytometry (dilution 1/10), immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. With this antibody immunoprecipitations can be pre-formed.For flow cytometry use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100 ul. Concentration of the antibody is approximately 1.0 mg/ml.
